Mark uses a functional approach to his general fitness, strength building, and sports specific training methods. He utilizes his clients’ time, by bringing in Cardio Strength Training, which leads to excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC. Mark utilizes any and all equipment available, but for the most parts uses these tools to bring out everyone's inner athlete (in whatever that capacity looks like) and increase longevity . Mark’s passion for performance doesn’t take away from his utilization of alignment and correct lifting techniques. His vast experience in overall training, allows him to confidently train beginners, children, and the elderly, as well as experienced yogis, and collegiate & professional athletes without trepidation

Yoga

Mark has been teaching yoga for the past decade. He has studied all around the world from Master Teachers in various styles. He teaches a flow that allows you to move like you. His classes will help you connect more to yourself through breath work, sound, meditation, conscious dharma, and mindful movement. Mark blends lotus flow with power vinyasa and is versed in many other styles. He brings in Bhakti, Mantras, Chakras, and threads Dharma to bring a full rounded yogic practice along with Asana. He loves to revolve his flow around fun and devotional music and you never know when you might start to shake your booty in the middle of the class. He is also versed in meditation, restorative yoga, and Kirtan. He has taught to the likes of beginners, children, and the elderly, to experienced yogis, and collegiate & professional athletes.

Pickleball

For the past two years Mark has competed at a high level of in a new sport winning many of tournaments. He got his coaching certification to teach people this game that is not only fun, but inclusive to all ages & skill levels. He currently is the head pickleball pro at Metairie Country Club and sponsored by Pello Paddles.
